that all personal related data in the context of order execution and/or raffle participation will be stored electronically.
The respective personal data won't be misused or given to any third party members.
This declaration applies for the personal data of the customer as well as of the player.
Only the modified first names of the winners as well as the possibly modified respective city names (if desired by the winners)
and country names will be announced on a public winners' list anonymously, e.g.:
Alex from Berlin (Germany), prize money: 3,000 Euros. Therefore anonymity can be guaranteed.
We understand that by registering for our quiz raffle a player entitles us to store the respective personal data,
and to announce the respective data as described one paragraph earlier.
"quizgame.biz" states explicitly that nowadays security of data transfer in open networks can not be guaranteed.
"quizgame.biz" has no control over transferring data in open networks securely.
